SHIPPING & RETURNS
Each product has an individual shipping charge but you will only be charged for the highest shipping charge to cover your entire order.
You order - 2 scrunchies at £4.00 each and 1 necklace at £9.00 (individual postage is £2.00 on each of the scrunchies and £2.50 on the necklace.
The highest shipping charge is £2.50 and this is the total amount of shipping you will pay.
Your sub total is £17.00, plus £2.50 - total payment due = £19.50.
All of my artwork and other items, unless stated otherwise, are handmade and in stock. Because of this, I am able to ship/post your item fairly quickly and I always aim to despatch between 1-2 days for UK orders and 1-3 days for international orders after clearance of payment.
The delivery times are estimated in business days(does not include weekends or public/bank holidays). Once I have despatched your item(s) with the post office, it is out of my control and down to them to achieve their estimates regarding delivery times.

Wrong address supplied by you.
Damage to your order or lost in the post(although I would sort it out asap, place a claim with my post office/shipping service and I would make sure you were happy)
Any mistakes made by the postal service/shipping provider - again if possible, I would sort the matter out asap.
Any delay to your delivery due to covid, weather, etc by the post/shipping provider. Any delay due to customs checks if International.
Please ensure that your address is correct when going through checkout.
Shipping estimates are from despatch date not from date of order.
Please understand that there may be delays at busy times such as Christmas.

I generally use Royal Mail to send you your item(s). This service is supplied at first class but if you would like a different service, please contact me and I will let you know how much and anything else you want to know about it.
If an alternative service seems better for your delivery I will discuss/advise you regarding that.
Gaynor Lewis / Sleepy Oaks is not responsible for any custom charges, duties or taxes on any international orders and these are NOT included in the total of your order or shipping when going through checkout.
You may be subject to additional customs, duties and taxes which are determined by the country, value of your order and its contents. These additional charges are not included in our product prices or the shipping costs and they are the buyers responsibility.
Please check with your countries custom office before purchasing. You may be required to pay these additional fees before or upon the delivery of your order.
You may also be subject to sales taxes which are usually paid by you upon receipt of your order and not collected by me.

UK postage for your items may differ but will generally be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Mail but is dependant on which items are purchased, unless added to other items such as original paintings which would require a different type of delivery service.
Original artwork and some prints will be sent via a tracked service.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
I gladly accept returns.
Item(s) purchased by using a gift card will be refunded by a gift card credit for the value of the return minus shipping. After I receive the return and it is approved then a gift card will be emailed to you.
After I have received your return and checked it, you will be notified regarding the return's condition as if it is 100% approved. After which your refund will be processed and paid to you within 7-10 business days, depending on which payment method you used(this is often much quicker but allowing for them).
Contact me: within 2 days of delivery. You will also need to provide proof of purchase/receipt.
Send items back: within 7 days of delivery in its original condition, unworn if applicable and please include the original packaging.
Please ensure that you package the item(s) well and safely as the item(s) are your responsibility until they arrive here. If the item(s) is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in the value of item(s). It is recommended that you use a parcel service which requires a signature so that you have proof of return.
After I receive it I will email you straight away letting you know and will begin the refund procedure as long as everything is as you have told me or it arrives in exactly the condition that you have sent it.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Care is taken when packing to ensure the items safety. However, if your item gets damaged during delivery, please contact me as soon as possible and I will send you a replacement where possible. Please ensure that you keep all wrappings and that you photograph it as you receive it, and then send the damaged item back to me, along with the original packaging, so that I can proceed with sorting out a claim/replacement as quickly as possible.
Buyer agrees to pay return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
During delivery I cannot control what happens but I can help before or after to the best of my abilities and your package will be wrapped well to avoid any problems that could arise.
Any claims to take the time period that they take to deal with the situation into consideration(this may include sending the damaged item back to me to make the claim.
I do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased that have been mistreated and/or handled without care leading to harsh impact or harsh conditions after safe delivery of your purchase.
If the item has been damaged, mishandled or missing parts not due to myself, then sometimes a partial refund will be made instead. This also applies to returns made after 30 days after delivery, despite having contacted me within 2 days to start the process - please ensure that you follow the return policy.
Where a replacement isn't possible, I'll do my best to arrange an agreeable alternative(more details in the FAQ section) including partial and full refunds.
Exchanges are made only if the item(s) is damaged or defective.
